My love for this song goes back to my very first half marathon and I have loved it ever since. Just hearing it takes me back to that day and how I felt like I could accomplish anything. It’s a great song and it is still high on my half marathon playlist. If I’m listening to music when I run, it’s almost a guarantee I’ll listen to this song.
Every one has that song… That one that got them through a race or challenge, and every time you hear it after, you think about that day. I know you have a song like that!
It’s a great song, right? I have a couple Flo Rida songs on my playlist but this is my favorite one. It has a great beat, it’s catchy, and I love running to it. Ultimately, that’s the reason we choose songs for our playlists, right? It keeps us moving!
What is one song that really keeps you moving?
I really like Pitbull songs. They are catchy too.

Oddly, I almost never listen to music when I work out. I need to look into that I think! I have listened to Pandora a few times, but there’s not a lot of control then. I usually listen to podcasts. Those are fine, but sometimes they are funny and I burst out laughing in the middle of a run. I’m sure people think I’m crazy.
