Starting Week 2 of Bootcamp!

I just finished Day 1 of Week 2 of Best Body Bootcamp. I have to admit that I am very focused on doing my workout as soon as I get home. My theory is, if I sit down when I get home, I’m done. So I get home, take the dogs out, change my clothes, and get to it.

Day 1 of week 2 is almost the same as Day 1 of last week, except on the upper body workout we add in an extra set of fatigue exercises. My arms are like jello.

I also did the 20 minute HIIT workout on the treadmill. I really really enjoy the HIIT workout, it keeps my heart rate up and keeps me challenged. One thing I’ve realized after week one of bootcamp is that for far too long, I was not challenging myself as I should be. I push myself hard for the time it takes to do the workout! After 20 mintues of HIIT, I had burned 215 calories. Not bad for 20 minutes.




I am really happy with how the bootcamp is going and I look forward to tomorrow!
