Am I the only one who thinks that 2013 is flying by? My goodness, we just rang in the New Year, and here we are saying goodbye to March already. Please slow down!!
Here is my post from the beginning of the month, where I declared March as the month I would hit my 10% goal at Weight Watchers.
So, did I do it? Did I hit that 10% goal? Well, NO…. But I do have reason to celebrate regardless.
If you read my post from yesterday about my weekly weigh-in and how I spent 10 days indulging, you will know that I was lucky to celebrate a loss even after that. I had a big loss the beginning of the month, then gained, then lost, then gained, and then lost.
- Starting weight for March: 163.2 lbs.
- Ending weight for March: 163.2 lbs.
Can you believe I started and ended the month at the EXACT same weight? Only I could do that. All joking aside, I am very pleased with my overall continued weight loss. Every single day, I feel stronger, taller, and leaner. It’s not just the eating and Weight Watchers… It’s hot yoga, running, staying accountable in all aspects, and taking care of myself all wrapped in one package. It is a lifestyle, not a diet.
Check back with me tomorrow for my April #goalgetter2013 plan!

Thank you Mindy! 🙂
Congrats on staying the same. I had a great Jan & half of Feb. Now the last half of Feb and March I gained everything back I lost in the first 6 weeks. This week is my spring break and family is visiting and it had been out to eat for food, cupcakes, ice cream, etc. all day every day. If I can just stay the same this week I will be HAPPY. Sometimes breaking even is a huge victory.
