Happy February!! Now that January is over, it’s time to start fresh so I am here to share my February goal with you for the #goalgetter2013 challenge! A couple of posts you may want to go back and read if you’re just joining:
February is going to be a crazy busy month with my birthday tomorrow (hello 41!), my blog birthday, 3 races, Valentine’s Day, and the Daughtry / 3 Doors Down concert… All crammed into 28 days, on top of work. I feel like I’m going to blink and it will be March 1 (which is not a bad thing since that is the day of the Bon Jovi concert).
So, my goal for February is to complete the 3 races that I am registered for…
My first race is tomorrow – the Best Damn Race 5K. Hubby decided this week he wanted to do it as well, so he’ll be joining me. Love that. The Rock N’ Roll Half Marathon is next Friday. This will always be my favorite because it was my first last year. And then at the end of the month is the Gasparilla 8K. I am excited about all of them. I will run and walk them and cross the finish line of all 3. Completing these three races this month will get me up to 4 towards my #10in2013 goal for the year. I love the feeling of accomplishment when I cross the finish line of a race, whether I run or walk across, I am out there giving it my all.
